Return, Refund and Cancellation policy
Refunds & Returns
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns in most cases. If your order arrives damaged, we will be happy to exchange it for a new copy. If the game has a missing component or defect, the publisher will need to be contacted to get replacements. We do not have replacements for individual game pieces. If you have any problems contacting the publisher please contact us and we will help you with it. If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, a refund will be issued.
Cancellations
- Cancellations can only be made provided the service has not been delivered. On successful cancellations, the entire order amount will be refunded.
- For all refunds, we use the same mode of payment that you used, to process your refund. If due to any technical issues we are unable to process the payment back to the source, we will get in touch with you for an alternative mode of payment.
